All goods are by Singapore Dollar Currency.

 

Typographical Errors
  • In the event that Flazure products are mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Flazure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrected price.

 

  • Flazure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment made. Flazure shall issue a refund to your account in the amount of the incorrected price.

  • We respect your privacy and all personal information obtained through this website is kept secure with us.

 

  • Your provided information is for us to process your orders, to offer you the best possible customer service, and for our marketing purposes. Flazure has the right to send you any emails of our marketing activities and news updates

 

  • You may opt out at any time by email us to cscare@flazure.com with the Subject: ‘unsubscribe’

 

 

Exchange/Refund/Return policy:
  • All goods are inspected for defects before delivery

 

  • All goods sold are non-refundable/exchangeable.

 

  • If stocks are found faulty after delivered, please send us photos as the proof of faulty product(s) with point out details in the picture(s)

 

  • Flazure has rights to reject or accept the exchange/refund if found products are not original defects from manufacturer(s), or by man-made reasons or deliberate damage of clothes, or any other reasons from customer(s) such as:

 

Stock(s) is / are by WHITE colours

 

 

+   Not satisfied with the color or print, the size does not fit, etc

 

+   Customer has not informed Flazure@ about returns/exchanges within 7 days after the receipt of the merchandise

 

+  Stock(s) that have been used or worn once

 

+   Stock(s) without the original tag & packing where the tags have been removed by the Customer

 

+   Stock(s) that has been adjusted or washed by the Customer.

 

+   Stock(s) where the shape has been changed by the trial fitting (ex. a stretched neck line or cuffs)

 

+   Sale / Promotional items

 

A FULL refund will be returned to Customer(s) and credit into your next purchased order(s) when stocks are NOT availability and if the FAULT reason(s) is /are from Flazure@ such as: The stock(s) is /are different from what the customer ordered (wrong shipment).

 

We will NOT accept a request for a return and/or exchange if customers contact us after the 7-day period is over, or returns the stock(s) to us without prior notice.

 

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

 

You can return your items by post ONLY FOR AGREED/ ACCEPTED by Flazure to:

An admin fee of 4% is chargeable for Refund if payment was made via Paypal and Free if payment made by CASH or Singapore  Interbank Transfer 

 

Customer is responsible for shipping/Posting costs incurred for the accepted exchange / return item(s)

 

Payment/ Receipt of Order
  • Payment must be made within 4 working days after we confirm of your orders

 

  • Flazure must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted

 

  • Once your payment is made and stock is checked, Flazure will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.

 

  • Flazure reserve the rights to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

 

  • S$12.00 deposit must be paid for each quantity made which is non-refundable as to prevent prank orders ( for reserved or Pre-Order items )

 

  • Payment made after Pre-Order closing date will be treated as next Pre-Order cycle.

 

 

Shipping:
  • All Shipping rates are based on Singapore Post rate and inclusive 4% of Paypal fee and handling charges if payment is made via Paypal or 2% handling charges if payment by cash / Western Union transfer

 

  • FREE Registered Mail is applicable for 7 items above ( Wholesale orders) within Singapore & 2 items above for 1 Piece Price order(s)

 

  • Flazure will not responsible for any lost /misplaced items if buyers chose normal postages/shipping
